The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Anatoly Vyborny moderated the First conference of car rentals for owners and managers of the car rental business in Russia. It was attended by representatives of the MADI, the traffic police, the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as entrepreneurs and industry experts.

The participants discussed the problems that exist in the rental market.
